Key Responsibilities
• Verify incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and log inventory into proper storage areas.
• Accurately pick parts and products using RF scanners.
• Package, crate, shrink-wrap, and label products to safely prepare them for transit.
• Load and unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts to ensure 100% record accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, or industrial warehouse experience.
• Technical Skills: Prior experience with order picking, product packing, and utilizing RF scanners.
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Reliability: A proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Note: Prior experience with sit-down forklifts or inventory counting is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
