Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment processes. Conduct data entry tasks related to shipping & receiving logs, stock movements, and order documentation using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, stocking shelves, packaging products, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics and ensure adherence to trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable. Support warehouse distribution activities by managing stock levels through inventory management practices and participating in cycle counts or audits. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts. Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for data entry and stock management tasks. Good communication skills for customer service interactions within the team or with external partners. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and load & unload techniques using pallet jacks or similar equipment.
