Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software to track inventory levels and update records Conduct stock stocking activities and manage inventory using inventory management software to ensure optimal stock levels Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, and complying with trade regulations and trade compliance standards Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the warehouse environment while performing load & unload tasks Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipping documentation to ensure accurate record keeping Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, measurements, and inventory counts Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely; familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus Strong attention to detail for picking & packing orders and maintaining accurate data entry records Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is advantageous Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively Join us in a role that’s energetic, essential, and rewarding!
