Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure proper stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing inventory management software and ERP systems. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management tools, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date. Load outgoing shipments safely and efficiently while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy across warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following all safety protocols. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for international trade shipments when necessary. Support warehouse operations by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize shipping & receiving processes and improve overall efficiency. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to maintain precise records of stock movements. Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external vendors effectively. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload procedures, shipping & receiving protocols, and trade compliance standards.
