Duties Perform picking and packing of products using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Operate reach trucks and order pickers for efficient materials handling within the warehouse. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and ensuring proper storage of materials. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management. Experience operating reach trucks or order pickers is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is beneficial.
