Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software for data entry, inventory tracking, and order processing Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels Load outgoing shipments onto trucks efficiently while ensuring compliance with shipping logistics and trade regulations Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and managing warehouse layout for optimal flow Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment details, preparing shipping labels, and documenting transactions accurately Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively; certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in logistics while contributing to a high-energy team environment.
