Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Associate Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of product movement, from intake to outbound shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy and a safe working environment. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Receiving Goods: Accept incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or bills of lading. Storing Inventory: Organize and store products in designated locations to optimize space, accessibility, and structural safety. Picking Orders: Select items from inventory based on customer work orders and prepare them for shipment and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager. Packing Orders: Package products safely with appropriate cushioning materials to prevent transit damage. Loading & Unloading: Move goods in and out of trucks, containers, and shipping bays safely using forklifts or pallet jacks. Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts) to ensure system accuracy. Rotation of Stock: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to manage inventory effectively, ensuring older stock is used first to minimize waste. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe for all employees and moving aisle obstructions. Physical Lifting: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull inventory items weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout a standard shift. Time: M-F- 9 AM-5 PM, prior experience is a Plus, Marathi - Hindi - Gujarati is a plus. Pay: From $1.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
