WAREHOUSE WORKER

We currently serve multiple large-scale warehouses (400,000+ sq. ft.) across the Greater Toronto Area and have been doing so for many years. We process large volumes of orders and containers daily, operate a professional training system and promotion structure, and are actively expanding due to stable and continuous business growth. Position: Warehouse Worker Job Responsibilities Handle daily order fulfillment and packing operations Manage cargo transportation and storage within the warehouse Ensure proper organization of goods and maintain high shipping accuracy Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards Job Requirements Must be in good health and capable of performing warehouse duties Demonstrate responsibility and strong teamwork skills; ability to complete tasks on time No experience necessary — we provide paid training for all new hires Must have valid legal work status Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $21–$23/hour (adjustable based on experience and performance) WSIB coverage Stable working hours and work environment Location: Oshawa Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Promotion & Reward System High-performing employees demonstrating strong physical capabilities can advance to higher-paying positions Transparent and fair bonus system directly tied to performance and productivity Team culture built on "more work, more pay" and fair competition Top employees receive enhanced compensation and career advancement opportunities Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
