Warehouse Worker

The company focuses on broad product selection and customer service. Job Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to support warehouse operations, distribution, and order fulfillment. You will help keep inventory accurate and ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped reliably. Your impact: Accurate order handling helps customers receive the products they need and supports smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Receive, load, and unload shipments; verify items and maintain accurate inventory records through data entry. Stock products, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as appropriate. Support shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and warehouse distribution, including e-commerce orders. Use a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or materials requirements planning (MRP) tools to track inventory and orders. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations; assist with customer service and use Microsoft Office or AS400 as needed. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking and packing, and shipping and receiving are helpful. Basic math, accurate data entry, organization, and attention to detail are important. Forklift experience is preferred; ability to use an order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack is an asset. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, AS400, Microsoft Office, logistics, and shipping logistics is beneficial.
