Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking and packing techniques to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar software. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software to support inventory accuracy. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving protocols. Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety guidelines. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the facility. Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and inventory management. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, Microsoft Office tools, and data entry platforms. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely; additional certifications such as pallet jack or RF scanner operation are a plus. Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations related to international trade. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, picking & packing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
