Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker tools and inventory management software. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves accurately and conducting regular inventory counts with attention to detail. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and MRP software to track inventory movements and update records efficiently. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing shipments for dispatch and verifying shipment documentation in compliance with trade regulations. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly packaging items, stacking pallets safely, and adhering to safety protocols during load & unload operations. Support warehouse distribution efforts by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment processes and ensure timely deliveries. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation. Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain one; experience with pallet jacks is a plus. Strong data entry skills coupled with excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
