Job Summary ***PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON*** Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient scrap management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe handling of goods. Your proactive approach will support seamless warehouse scrap management , walkway saftey, and overall warehouse operations that will aid other workers in keeping production going. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in production manufacturing, inventory control, warehouse cleanliness, and time managment while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments of scrap EPS using your hands, and sometimes when equired equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred). Conduct stock stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts to maintain precise stock levels and support inventory management goals Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments according to customer compliance standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams for timely load & unload operations and order fulfillment Ability to lift and move EPS Foam scrap by hand from Trailers and warehouse locations to processing areas. Must be focused and self disciplined to stay on task to ensure order fulfilment. Must be able to work in a non climate controlled enviroment Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly desirable Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping logistics, order packing, and inventory management. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong attention to detail.
