Warehouse Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help ensure efficient warehouse distribution processes and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols; operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as certified. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping, including labeling and documentation in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, organizing inventory, and conducting regular safety inspections. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation; process inbound and outbound shipments promptly. Requirements Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, stocking, shipping logistics, and inventory management. Ability to operate forklifts (reach truck) and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus. Strong basic math skills for counting items accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
