Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks and pallet jacks safely to load and unload goods efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to uphold inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment efforts. Assist in shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying trade compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery. Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. Qualification Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, stock management, and order fulfillment processes. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration and operational excellence.
