Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate Trudy’s Hallmark | Houston, TX Trudy’s Hallmark is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help fulfill online orders and distribute merchandise to our stores. This is a hands-on role with a mix of packing, receiving, stocking, and inventory work. If you enjoy staying busy and taking pride in getting the details right, we’d like to hear from you. What you’ll do Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders for shipment with care and accuracy. Receive vendor shipments, check products against packing lists, and report missing or damaged items. Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized and easy to locate. Count inventory and help resolve discrepancies. Sort, pack, and prepare products for distribution to Trudy’s Hallmark stores. Keep work areas clean and organized, and help with other warehouse tasks as needed. What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting orders right. Dependability, a steady work pace, and a willingness to help your teammates. Comfort using or learning basic order and inventory systems. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as part of regular warehouse work, with or without reasonable accommodation. Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required.
