We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined, highly organized Warehouse & Fleet Operations Associate to help keep our growing company running smoothly. This is not your typical warehouse position. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory, keeping our facility organized and operational, preparing and transporting company vehicles, and working alongside multiple departments to ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed. We're looking for someone who thinks ahead, builds systems, solves problems, and understands that priorities can change quickly in a fast-paced business. What You'll Be Responsible For Facility Management Maintain adequate inventory of warehouse and office supplies, including cleaning products, paper goods, trash bags, shrink wrap, gloves, air filters, and other consumables. Establish organized systems for monitoring supply levels and replenishing inventory before shortages occur. Maintain forklift readiness, including routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and propane availability. Coordinate garbage and recycling dumpster services to ensure the facility operates without interruption. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors. Identify facility needs and proactively address issues before they become operational problems. Inventory Management Maintain organized, accurately stocked inventory of garage door service parts, materials, and equipment. Develop and follow inventory management systems that prevent essential parts from running out. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate departments. Prepare and load parts and supplies for local technicians throughout the week. Maintain accurate inventory records and accountability for materials. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and inventory accessibility. Our expectation is simple: Be proactive, not reactive. We want someone who recognizes potential shortages and addresses them before they disrupt operations. Fleet Vehicle Outfitting Maintain inventory of vehicle outfitting materials, equipment, hardware, racks, boxes, tubes, decals, and other necessary components. Install truck racks, storage boxes, material tubes, and other equipment on company vehicles. Apply and replace vehicle decals and branding materials. Safely operate forklifts, drills, power tools, and installation equipment. Perform precise measurements, drilling, and equipment installations on vehicle bodies. Coordinate with the Fleet Department to meet vehicle deployment deadlines. Adjust work priorities when urgent vehicle needs arise. Ensure completed vehicles meet company standards for quality, appearance, functionality, and safety. Company Vehicle Operation & Transportation This position requires regularly operating company-owned vehicles as part of daily responsibilities. Safely drive company vehicles to and from service centers for maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Fuel company vehicles and ensure they are ready for operational use. Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, equipment, and materials from vendors, manufacturers, and other company locations. Transport company vehicles between facilities and other designated locations as needed. Coordinate transportation needs with the Fleet and Operations departments.
