Warehouse to Driver Training Program

The Henry Gonsalves Company is a family-run Portuguese food importer and distributor in Smithfield, RI, serving customers in southern New England, NY, and NJ. We are hiring 1–2 dependable team members for warehouse and driver positions. We offer a driver training program: all new employees start in the warehouse to learn the company and products, then shadow current drivers to build driving skills and learn routes. This position offers tremendous growth potential for the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career with us. Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome. All shifts are daytime, Monday–Friday. Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs and have strong attention to detail.
