Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory control, and product movement. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting production through efficient material handling. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential. What You’ll Do Perform order picking, truck loading, and product staging for shipment Operate forklifts and support automated warehouse equipment and processes Maintain accurate inventory through counts, verification, and system updates Support receiving and movement of finished goods between production and warehouse Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse environment Required: High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good vision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail Preferred: 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment Familiarity with inventory processes and warehouse systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
