We move fast, care deeply about customers, and do things the right way. About the Role OC Solar is looking for a dependable Warehouse Technician to support our solar, roofing, and construction teams. This is an active, hands-on position involving equipment handling, vehicle loading, inventory tracking, and equipment returns. The right person takes pride in accurate work, handles company property responsibly, and is comfortable using computers and learning new technology. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, organize, and move equipment and materials. Prepare materials for field crews and safely load and unload company vehicles. Record inventory movements in company systems, complete inventory counts, and promptly report shortages, damage, or discrepancies. Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), including documentation, packaging, shipping, and follow-up on replacements or credits. Use internal software and company-approved AI tools to update records, prepare reports, and support daily work while checking accuracy and protecting company information. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety and material-handling procedures. Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to ensure equipment and materials are ready when needed. What We’re Looking For Dependability, honesty, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Computer proficiency, accurate data entry, and willingness to learn internal systems and AI tools. Clear communication and the ability to follow instructions and work with a team. Responsible handling of company equipment and accurate reporting of mistakes or discrepancies. Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or equipment-return experience preferred. Physical Requirements This position involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving equipment and materials. Some items weigh more than 50 pounds. Material-handling equipment is provided and must be used for heavy items, with team assistance as needed. Essential job duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
