Job Title: Warehouse Technician / Delivery Driver Location: Longview, Texas Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Industry: Oil & Gas / Distribution About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hands on Warehouse Technician / Delivery Driver to join our team in Longview, TX. This role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a dynamic team. You will be responsible for shipping and receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Deliver orders and materials to customers using company vehicles Perform shipping and receiving duties Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities Pull, stage, and prepare customer and sales orders Support the Office Manager with inventory and warehouse operations Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well maintained Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Use basic computer programs for inventory, order processing, and documentation Assist with daily errands and branch support activities as needed Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid Texas Class E Driver’s License required Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test Warehouse and inventory experience required Forklift experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Oilfield supply experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Availability for occasional on call evenings and weekends required Employee Benefits: Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and career advancement Employee assistance program (EAP) Supportive and team oriented work environment Core Values: Safety People Integrity Quality Dedication AWC Indeed is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
