Warehouse Technician
DaySequerraJob Summary Position Summary The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods within an electronics manufacturing environment. Mechanical assembly of electronic subassemblies and finished goods using common hand tools will also be required. This role ensures incoming and outgoing shipments meet quality, inventory, documentation, and customer requirements while supporting efficient production operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using ERP systems and warehouse technology, and committed to maintaining accuracy and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing documentation. Inspect and document incoming materials according to company procedures and quality standards. Process inbound and outbound transactions within the company’s inventory management systems. Mechanical assembly of electronic subassemblies and finished goods using common hand tools. Prepare, package, label, and ship finished products, assemblies, and materials to customers, suppliers, and internal locations. Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and customer service personnel to ensure material availability and shipment schedules are met. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction discipline, and organized material handling practices. Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and shipping software. Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading, export paperwork, packing slips, and carrier labels as required. Maintain clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving areas. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and inventory control. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience. Familiarity with inventory management and maintenance transactions. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to read shipping documents, purchase orders, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand or move throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronics, aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, or other high-tech manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ESD handling procedures. Experience with barcode scanning systems and inventory control practices. Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements.
