Job Description Elite Audio Visual Elements, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Technician Associate to join our production team. This is a hands-on, dual-role position supporting both our warehouse operations and live event production needs. The Warehouse / Technician Associate will assist with preparing, organizing, testing, maintaining, loading, transporting, and returning professional audio visual equipment used for concerts, tours, corporate events, and other live productions. Daily warehouse responsibilities include pulling and preparing equipment for upcoming productions, checking equipment before it leaves the warehouse, receiving and processing returned equipment, maintaining inventory organization, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping the warehouse clean and production-ready. As a technician associate, this individual may also assist our production team with equipment delivery, event setup, operation, breakdown, and return. This may include working with professional audio, lighting, video, staging, cabling, and related production equipment. Because live event production does not always operate within traditional business hours, candidates should understand that some assignments may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours depending on the production schedule. Primary Responsibilities Pull, prepare, pack, and stage AV equipment for scheduled productions and events. Load and unload trucks, vans, trailers, and other company vehicles. Check equipment against production orders and equipment lists to help ensure orders are complete and accurate. Inspect and test equipment before deployment. Receive, inspect, clean, organize, and properly store equipment following productions. Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure equipment is returned to its designated location. Assist with inventory counts and equipment tracking. Identify and report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment. Assist with basic troubleshooting and preparation of audio visual equipment. Properly coil, organize, label, and store cables and other production accessories. Handle professional production equipment carefully and responsibly. Assist technicians with equipment preparation and production-related tasks. Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown when scheduled. Follow company safety procedures when handling, moving, loading, and unloading equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment. Work cooperatively with warehouse personnel, technicians, production staff, logistics personnel, and management. Perform additional warehouse, technical, and production-related duties as assigned.
