Our patented Instrument Pod increases throughput and dramatically reduces the Operating Room (OR) turnover time. Hospitals/Ambulatory Surgical Centers utilizing the Instrument Pod have demonstrated increased instrument-processing efficiency, enabling Operating Rooms to increase throughput by up to 12%, which may support the addition of an extra procedure per day. Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our Product Development and Operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for daily fulfillment operations, safe material handling, inventory accuracy, and quality-driven product reworks and recertifications across our medical device product lines. The ideal candidate brings a solid baseline comfort with computers and everyday office software, exhibits exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, traceability, and safety in compliance with medical device standards and our Quality Management System (QMS). Comprehensive training will be provided for navigating and executing transactions within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with flexibility as business needs arise. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Logistics: · Pick, Pack & Ship: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international shipments of finished goods, accessories, and replacement parts according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). · Documentation & Traceability: Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and lot/serial number tracking records. Product Movement & Inventory Control: · Material Movement: Receive, stage, inspect, and transport incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods safely across warehouse and production staging areas. · ERP Transactions & Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory reconciliations, and log stock movements, receipts, and order statuses directly within the ERP system (training provided). · Warehouse Organization: Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe warehouse layout following 5S principles. Product Reworks & Recertification: · Rework Execution: Perform mechanical rework, hardware replacements, and adjustments on assemblies and components following approved engineering instructions and rework protocols. · Product Recertification: Inspect, test, and recertify returned or serviced units to ensure full compliance with operational performance, cosmetic standards, and release criteria. · Quality Logging: Document all inspection results, non-conformances, and recertification sign-offs thoroughly in accordance with QMS requirements. Packaging & Labeling: · Assembly & Packaging: Assemble protective packaging, custom foam inserts, and shipping crates/cartons to ensure the safe transit of high-value medical device hardware. · Label Verification: Verify, print, and apply device labels, barcode identifiers, and regulatory markings in accordance with approved specifications and procedures.
