Warehouse Tech/Delivery

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Technician to join our dedicated team. About the Role: As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities include cutting, organizing, and staging flooring materials, as well as delivering products safely and promptly to job sites and customers. What You’ll Do: Safely measure, cut, stage, and organize various flooring materials. Deliver orders to customers and job sites in a timely and reliable manner. Safely operate forklifts and standard warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience operating forklifts and warehouse machinery. Ability to lift and carry heavy flooring products regularly. Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded approach to work. Flooring industry experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person! Schedule is: Monday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 6:00 Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Every fourth Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Skills: Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred. High School education, or equivalent. Valid driver license and clean driving record of little to no infractions in the past four years. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate a forklift and other types of warehouse equipment. Proficient in various technology platforms such as apps, smartphone functionality, PC literate in MS Office, Outlook, Internet browser. Basic math, reading, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Exhibit professionalism always, including proper dress attire and representing the company positively. Ability to support company values that maintain positive customer relations. Experience in a warehouse distribution environment preferred. Experience in the flooring industry is preferred. Physical requirements of this position include long periods of standing and walking on concrete floors within the warehouse as well as bending, stooping, squatting, keeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Work also involves driving to and from job sites, sometimes in inclement weather, and manually unloading materials and carried into homes and businesses.
