Warehouse Team – Shipping (Pick, Pack, Ship) Starting Pay: $20 per hour 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm (no weekend work) We’re growing! Our volume continues to increase, and we're adding another person to our team to keep pace with that growth. We recently welcomed a new team member and are continuing to build our shipping team to support increasing customer demand. What will you do? Pick, Pack and Ship orders for a company that has a strong work culture and great coworkers. This physical & active job involves walking, driving motorized carts, using handheld scanners, lifting boxes, verifying order accuracy, and meeting daily shipping deadlines. (*_ This is NOT a forklift job)*_ What We’re Looking For · People who enjoy working a physical job at a fast pace in a team setting. · At least 6 months of recent warehouse, distribution, or high-volume retail stocking experience preferred. · Experience using handheld scanners, and basic computer skills including warehouse systems. · People who are good at catching errors with strong attention to details. · Ability to count accurately and do basic math calculations. · Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing directions and possibly become forklift certified through company-provided training. Physical Requirements These are active, physically demanding positions. Team members should be comfortable: · Walking approximately 6,000+ steps during a typical shift. · Standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the workday. · Regularly lifting up to 75-pound boxes. · Participating in team lifts or using material handling equipment for heavier items. Requirements · High school diploma or GED required. · At least 6 months of recent warehouse, distribution, or high-volume retail stocking experience. ( preferred ) · Successful completion of a background check and simple 4-panel pre-employment drug screening. · Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. · Ability to read and understand English-language documents and instructions. · Work independently and as part of a team.
