Warehouse Team Member (Part-Time)

Position: Warehouse Team Member (Part- Time) Valley Feed & Supply, Inc. is a family-owned and operated feed mill and supply store in Bonner Springs, Kansas (near Kansas City). We are currently looking for stellar individuals that are accountable, who enjoy working as a team. We offer a fun and rewarding work environment for those who enjoy helping others and take pride in a job well done. About the Role: (The following functions are normal for this position. Other duties may be assigned or required.) Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organizing of warehouse inventory Pick orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary) Requirements: Must be available to work at least 3 weeknights from 3 PM to 6 PM Must be available to work at least 3 Saturdays per month from 8 AM to 3 PM Reliable and punctual Ability to lift and move heavy items Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude and a team player Minimum age requirement - 16 Years Compensation is determined by several factors, including hours of availability, relevant skills, experience, industry knowledge, effective communication skills, and the candidate’s ability to clearly and confidently demonstrate their qualifications, knowledge, and abilities throughout the interview and onboarding process. Please Note: While we understand the importance of personal and family events, we are seeking candidates who are fully committed to the work schedule outlined above. So, if you're the type who has to attend your second cousin's baseball game, grandma's Halloween party, or your pet goldfish's birthday bash, this might not be the gig for you.
