Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member, where your energy and precision will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safe and accurate movement of goods throughout our distribution center. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, order pickers, and material handling equipment to load, unload, stock, and move products safely and efficiently Perform inventory control tasks such as stock counting, cycle counts, and updating inventory management software to ensure accuracy and accountability Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Follow safety regulations and protocols including OSHA standards and PPE use to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software to track inventory movements and update records promptly Conduct manual handling of materials involving heavy lifting while adhering to proper ergonomic practices Support warehouse management in maintaining organized storage areas and optimizing space utilization Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, or order pickers with valid certifications preferred Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) Mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills Excellent manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety protocol adherence under OSHA guidelines Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order fulfillment accuracy Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required Technical proficiency with logistics software such as AS400 or similar systems for inventory tracking Knowledge of packaging standards and shipping & receiving procedures to ensure proper order fulfillment Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment Join us today as we keep the wheels turning in our bustling warehouse!
