Warehouse Team Member / Driver First Shift Mon-Fri

Job Overview Join our first-shift warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member / Driver, working Monday through Friday. You’ll keep products moving safely and accurately through warehouse distribution while supporting deliveries and daily warehouse operations. Your work will connect inventory, shipping, and receiving to dependable order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and delivery help customers receive the right materials when they need them. Must have clean driver's license. Duties Pick, pack, stock, package, and prepare orders for shipment; load and unload materials using safe manual handling practices. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as trained and authorized. Support inventory control and inventory management by using warehouse management system, inventory management software. Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse logistics, and driving duties while following safety regulations, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Handle heavy lifting as needed and use basic math to verify quantities and order details. Experience Warehouse experience in warehouse operations, distribution, materials handling, order picking, or order fulfillment is helpful. Experience with heavy equipment operation and material handling equipment is preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems and AS400 is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is welcome but not required. Demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidance and site procedures.
