Job Overview: Tempus is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, labeling, processing, packing, and auditing electronics. Your work will contribute to the sustainable reuse and recycling of IT assets. Shifts Available: 7:00am -3:30pm Key Responsibilities: Sort and organize various types of electronic equipment (desktops, laptops, cellphones, etc.) Label items accurately for processing Process electronics for testing, wiping, and resale or recycling Pack and prepare electronics for shipping or teardown Audit electronics to ensure quality and compliance with our standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety procedures and protocols Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Team player with good communication skills Prior warehouse or electronics experience is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Newbury Park, CA (Required) Work Location: In person
