Warehouse Team Member/Delivery Driver

We're proud to offer a supportive, team-oriented workplace where employees are valued, respected, and encouraged to build long-term careers Position Summary As a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Your primary responsibilities include accurately picking customer orders, receiving and stocking inventory using handheld RF scanners, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You'll also make occasional customer deliveries as business needs require. Essential Responsibilities Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners Verify product accuracy through barcode scanning Receive and stock incoming inventory Locate, organize, and stage products for delivery or customer pickup Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Deliver HVAC/R products to customers safely, accurately, and on schedule Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and all applicable traffic laws Load and unload products while ensuring materials arrive in excellent condition Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers Collect and communicate customer feedback to management Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Ability to safely load, unload, and transport products Valid Chauffeur's License Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Excellent driving record Previous delivery, warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience is preferred, but not required.
