Role and Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary role will be to support and enhance warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Efficiently unloading and loading products to ensure seamless warehouse functionality.
• Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch, adhering to established quality and deadline requirements.
• Organizing, sorting, and stacking items to optimize warehouse workflow and ensure safe handling.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment while following safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Performing regular housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse organized, safe, and free of hazards.
• Providing support with additional tasks such as freight management and conducting audits, as directed by supervisors.
• Strictly following safety rules and company guidelines while executing tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
• A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to maintaining high productivity levels.
• The ability to lift and move materials weighing between 25-75 lbs, as required by specific tasks.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or equipment handling is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions with precision.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a warehouse environment or with warehouse management processes is an asset.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, is a beneficial skill.
