In this role you will: Operate in a physical environment. The successful applicant must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently throughout the shift and move heavier items using team lifts or mechanical assistance. Be a key operational liaison between operations and our important customers. Be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of assigned customer accounts. Pick and pack orders while helping develop and support the team around you to deliver outstanding service. Work closely with the Branch Manager and other operational leaders. Be a quick learner with technology and ensure data is kept up to date and accurate. Be a proactive problem solver with a solutions-focused mindset. Challenge the status quo. MHE experience is strongly preferred, particularly operating Turret Trucks and Counterbalance Forklifts. Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important than experience alone.
