Warehouse Team Member

Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our automotive parts distribution team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires frequent lifting, moving bulky merchandise, climbing ladders, and working in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, comfortable with physical labor and heights, and willing to get their hands dirty. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments, including heavy and oversized automotive parts such as bumpers and headlights. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Lift, carry, and organize heavy or bulky merchandise throughout the workday. Climb warehouse ladders to retrieve and organize inventory stored at elevated heights. Receive incoming shipments, inspect merchandise, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other physically demanding warehouse tasks as needed. Requirements Must be physically capable of demanding warehouse work , including frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated heights safely. Willing to perform hands-on work in dusty, dirty, or physically challenging conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, is dependable, is not hesitant to take on challenging tasks, and takes pride in getting the job done. This position is best suited for someone who prefers an active, hands-on job rather than a desk job. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
