Your daily responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, organising products, picking and packing orders, preparing goods for dispatch, and keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe. You will work alongside friendly and supportive colleagues who will provide the guidance and training you need to learn your responsibilities and become confident in your role. Sort, organise, and place products in their correct storage areas. Help keep warehouse shelves and storage spaces organised. Pick products from shelves according to customer orders and instructions. Pack items carefully and securely to prepare them for delivery. Apply labels to packages and prepare completed orders for dispatch. Check products and quantities to help ensure orders are correct. Assist with loading and unloading goods when required, following safety procedures. Move products and materials to the appropriate warehouse areas as instructed. Keep workstations, shelves, and general warehouse areas clean and tidy. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to a supervisor. Follow daily instructions and complete assigned tasks. Work together with colleagues to support daily warehouse operations. Assist team members with general warehouse duties when needed. Follow workplace health and safety guidelines. Ask questions and seek assistance whenever clarification or additional support is needed. Skills No previous warehouse experience, specialist qualifications, or technical knowledge is necessary. All the training required to perform the role will be provided, and ongoing guidance will be available to help you develop your skills.
