Warehouse Team Member

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am to 3pm 

Starting wage $18.50

We also offer medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and a wellness reimbursement stipend.  The basic function of the Warehouse Team Member is to facilitate warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, rotation, and storage of finished goods, product ingredients, and product components. This involves knowledge of production, shipping, and receiving orders.                  

Education & Work Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalency. 1-2 years of warehouse experience and general knowledge of warehouse operations.Preferred: 3-5 years of previous warehouse experience, previous forklift certification, bar coding and good computer experience.               

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Knowledge of proper rotation techniques of perishable food items.
• Ability to operate a forklift or other necessary equipment to facilitate shipping, and storage duties.
• Ability to accurately count inventory items, recognize safe working habits, and work effectively with others in the organization.
• Good computer skills.

Safety: Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, moving materials, products and supplies efficiently where they need to go, when they need to be moved. Keeps a clean and safe work area.

Adaptability & Flexibility: Works well in a fast-paced environment, exercising good judgement to prioritize work and information flow without compromising safety and quality standards.

Team Player: demonstrates a positive attitude and consideration towards fellow employees. Cooperates and communicates well with co-workers and strives to promote positive teamwork and build team spirit.
