Warehouse Team Member

Position Summary Frank Murken Products is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support our growing operations. The primary responsibility of this position is gasket production, with additional responsibilities across hose production, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer service. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position that requires flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Team members will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations to support business needs and ensure efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities Gasket Production (Primary Responsibility) Fabricate and inspect gaskets according to customer specifications and quality standards. Operate gasket cutting and production equipment safely and efficiently. Review work orders, drawings, and material requirements to ensure accuracy. Maintain production quality, accuracy, and on-time completion of orders. Cross-Functional Warehouse Support Hose Production: Cross-train to assist with hose assembly, fabrication, and inspection. Shipping & Receiving: Pick, pack, prepare, and ship customer orders; receive incoming materials and verify accuracy. Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers at the Parker Store with product selection, order fulfillment, and general inquiries. Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory accuracy, and properly organize and store materials. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Additional Duties: Support other warehouse and operational activities as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and established procedures. Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple departments. Basic math, measurement, and computer skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed. Ability to safely lift and move materials and remain on your feet for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Schedule & Compensation Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to meeting daily production and customer service requirements.
