Warehouse Team Member

Job Summary Big Horn Supply, a family owned business, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including loading and unloading shipments, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and safety protocols, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers safely and efficiently. Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as Trailers, forklifts and other machinery as needed. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. . Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge or experience in building equipment is beneficial for troubleshooting tasks. Ability to operate forklifts may be required based on specific job duties. Hours are from 7am-5pm with a rotating on call schedule.
