Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Team Member and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement, handling, and management of inventory within our warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will ensure smooth shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory Assist with inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling equipment operation following safety protocols and OSHA regulations Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing orders for dispatch, verifying shipments against documentation, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities to meet customer demands efficiently Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety regulations and PPE use at all times Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall warehouse management practices Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms Certification or experience operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, crane operation, pallet jacks, and order pickers Knowledge of inventory control procedures and materials handling best practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy loads regularly Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE requirements Mechanical knowledge or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management is preferred but not required Join us in creating a safe, efficient environment where your skills make a real impact!
