Warehouse Team Member

Job Summary Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member and help keep everyday operations moving. This entry-level position supports a variety of activities throughout the facility, including preparing products, moving materials, organizing stock, assisting with orders, and supporting shipping and receiving. You do not need previous warehouse experience to succeed in this role. We provide training for the job , including workplace procedures, safe material handling, order preparation, and daily warehouse processes. Responsibilities Help keep products and materials organized throughout the warehouse Receive deliveries and help place incoming items in the appropriate areas Prepare products and materials for daily warehouse activities Assist with customer and business orders from preparation through shipment Locate items in storage areas when needed Group products and packages according to work instructions Prepare boxes, packages, and materials for outgoing shipments Assist with shipping and receiving activities Help move products between work areas and storage locations Support inventory organization and routine product counts Check labels, quantities, and basic product information Help identify items that are damaged, missing, or placed in the wrong location Keep shelves, storage areas, workstations, and common warehouse spaces orderly Help maintain an adequate supply of boxes, packing materials, and other workplace supplies Work alongside other team members to complete daily warehouse assignments Follow workplace instructions and established procedures Follow safety practices while handling products and materials Notify a supervisor when there is a problem, question, or unusual situation Learn and perform additional warehouse duties as training is completed Support other areas of warehouse operations when needed Skills Dependable and responsible approach to work Consistent attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn unfamiliar tasks Ability to listen carefully and follow directions Basic communication skills Ability to work cooperatively with a team Good organizational habits Careful approach to handling products and materials Ability to stay focused during routine work Comfortable learning new workplace procedures Positive attitude toward coworkers and supervisors Willingness to follow safety rules Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment Ability to ask for clarification when something is not understood No previous warehouse experience required No specialized warehouse certification required for this entry-level position Complete job training will be provided Training & Development New employees receive hands-on training for their assigned responsibilities. Training may include warehouse organization, inventory handling, order fulfillment, product movement, shipping and receiving, package handling, workplace safety, and company procedures. As employees become familiar with the operation, they may have opportunities to learn additional warehouse functions and take on new responsibilities.
