ConfidentialCompany Overview: 我们是一家领先的电商履约服务提供商，专注于为客户提供高标准、全面定制的供应链解决方案，特别是在仓储与运输方面。 We are now hiring multiple Team Leaders and Supervisors for the following departments: 我们现面向以下部门 招聘多名 Team Leader（组长） ： Inbound(入库组） Packaging（包装组） Picking（拣货组） Tally（理货） After-sales（售后） Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect team members’ work quality and efficiency; ensure completion rate, timeliness, and accuracy. 监督并检查团队成员的工作质量与效率，确保完成率、及时性与准确性； Carry out daily operations of the assigned team in accordance with company procedures and standards. 根据公司流程与标准，组织日常作业； Monitor workflows within the team and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. 监控工作流程，发现问题并提出改善建议； Responsible for maintaining 5S standards in designated areas. 维护指定区域的5S标准； Coordinate and collaborate with other teams and communicate with domestic departments as needed. 协调与其他小组的配合工作，并及时与国内相关部门沟通反馈 Ensure proper use and safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. 负责叉车等仓库设备的日常使用与安全操作监督 Requirements: Prior experience in overseas warehouses is preferred. 有海外仓或相关物流经验者优先； Require Chinese and English is a plus. 会中英文者优先考虑； Strong communication and leadership skills; able to coordinate and organize team activities. 具备良好沟通与领导能力，能协调组织团队工作； High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit; able to work under pressure. 工作责任心强，抗压能力强，有团队合作精神； Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. 能熟练操作仓库设备（如叉车)； Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 必须符合美国合法就业和纳税要求。 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Required) Language: Chinese (Required) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
