Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide team members while ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily tasks and activities of warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow. Assign work tasks and provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members. Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Ensure team members follow established warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies. Monitor daily work progress and help ensure operational targets and deadlines are met. Train and assist new employees with warehouse procedures and job responsibilities. Identify and report operational issues, workflow challenges, or safety concerns to the supervisor or management team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Support management in improving warehouse efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate daily tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while supporting team goals and operational needs. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Proficiency in basic computer skills and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks as required.
