Role Description The Warehouse Team Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Savannah Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, storing, and shipping e-commerce orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. The Warehouse Team Lead coordinates work assignments, monitors workflow, and supports team members to maintain productivity, safety standards, and quality control. The role also includes tracking inventory levels, resolving operational issues, updating documentation, and communicating with internal stakeholders to support smooth logistics processes. The position requires hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, including assisting with physical tasks when needed and modeling best practices in safety and efficiency. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including leading teams, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback. Experience in Operations Management, with the ability to optimize warehouse processes and meet service-level targets. Practical skills in Packing and handling e-commerce orders while maintaining accuracy and product safety. Knowledge of Inventory Control, including stock rotation, discrepancy resolution, and use of warehouse management systems. Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners. Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work safely, follow standard operating procedures, and uphold regulatory and company compliance requirements. Ability to lift and move packages as required and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
