Warehouse Team Lead
RedoMost warehouses are built to ship things out. Ours is built to bring them back. At Redo, we run returns for some of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in the country. Every return that lands in our Salt Lake City warehouse gets inspected, graded, and put back on the shelf in about 3 days. At a typical 3PL, that takes weeks or months. We need a Warehouse Lead to help us scale this motion. What you'll do Lead a team across receiving, processing, QA, put-away and outbound Run the floor to clear standards: throughput per station, error rate under 1%, and every unit put in the right bin Own the daily numbers and fix the process when they slip, without adding headcount to cover it Train new processors and help open new stations as volume grows Work directly with our GM and ops leads to design how a modern returns warehouse should run What you bring 2+ years leading a team in a warehouse, 3PL, or fulfillment center Experience running to metrics like units per hour, accuracy and SLAs High standards and a calm head on a busy floor Comfort with a WMS, scanners and label printers Bonus: experience in returns, refurbishment, or apparel Why Redo We're building the physical side of returns from scratch: new stations, new process, new sites. You won't be maintaining someone else's operation.
