Warehouse Team Lead (Bilingual Chinese)

Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead (Relocation Package) Location: Houston, TX — On-site Pay Range: $4,500 - $5,000, based on experience and qualifications Job Overview Receiving Operations Assign staff and organize unloading, pallet sorting, and receiving activities based on daily inbound volume. Monitor receiving progress and verify quantities, SKUs, and shipment details to ensure accuracy across physical inventory, receiving documents, and system records. Coordinate the resolution of receiving discrepancies and operational issues. Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and internal warehouse teams to support smooth receiving operations. Packing Operations Oversee the daily operations of the packing team in an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse. Assign staff and packing tasks based on daily order volume and shipping deadlines. Monitor order verification, scanning, packing, shipping label application, weighing, and outbound staging to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Verify item accuracy, quantities, packaging quality, and shipping label information. Enforce packing standards and operating procedures, and promptly resolve incorrect items, shortages, damaged products, labeling issues, and order discrepancies. Coordinate with picking, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure orders are properly packed and dispatched on time. Putaway Operations Oversee the daily operations of the putaway team and assign staff and tasks based on inbound volume. Monitor product scanning, storage location verification, item-to-location assignment in the WMS, and physical putaway. Ensure that SKUs, quantities, physical inventory, and system location records remain accurate and consistent. Resolve storage space shortages, product issues, and inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with receiving, inventory, and picking teams to ensure products are put away promptly and made available for picking and order fulfillment. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse, direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation, or overseas warehouse. Experience with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with receiving, putaway, storage location management, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately verify quantities, SKUs, and receiving information. Good staff coordination, task allocation, and hands-on operational problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate in English during routine warehouse operations. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld terminals (PDAs), or barcode scanners is preferred. Preferred Qualification: Experience working in an FBT warehouse. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
