Warehouse Team Lead
eLogistics岗位职责 / Responsibilities： 负责组内员工的排班、到岗点名、绩效考核和新员工的培训引导等 监督并检查组员的工作质量和效率，对工作完成率、及时率和准确率负责； 监督团队工作流程，提出改进意见和优化方案，推动流程持续提升； 负责区域内的 6S 管理与维护 ，确保工作环境整洁、安全、有序； 负责叉车等仓库设备的日常使用与安全操作监督。 协调与其他小组的配合工作，并及时与国内相关部门沟通反馈； 配合仓库负责人完成库内运营指标、人员管理及其他日常管理工作 Responsibilities (English)： Manage team scheduling, attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and onboarding support for new employees. Supervise and monitor team members’ work quality and efficiency, ensuring targets for completion rate, timeliness, and accuracy are met. Oversee daily workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous process optimization. Maintain and enforce 6S standards within the assigned area to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. Supervise the proper use and safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Coordinate with other teams and communicate operational updates and issues to relevant domestic departments in a timely manner. Support the warehouse management team in achieving operational KPIs, personnel management, and other daily management tasks. 任职要求 / Requirements： 有海外仓或物流仓储工作经验者优先； 中英文双语沟通能力优秀； 具备良好的沟通与管理能力，能组织协调团队工作； 具备较强的责任心、执行力与团队协作精神，能承受一定工作压力； 能熟练操作叉车及其他仓库作业设备； 必须具备在美国合法工作的授权。 Requirements (English)： Prior experience in overseas warehouse or logistics operations preferred. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills; able to organize and coordinate team activities. High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure. Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
