s Operator:
This role supports warehouse operations by managing transactions through the warehouse management system, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure efficient inbound and outbound shipment processes. You will coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and support communication between warehouse teams, customers, and external partners.
• Plan, assign, pick, manifest, and complete daily order waves.
• Use system screens to monitor workload activity and move transactions through the system.
• Work with operations teams to resolve overages, shortages, and damages that impact inventory accuracy.
• Manage inbound carrier appointments and outbound shipment schedules.
• Create and use system reports and audit documents to monitor shift performance.
• Communicate with carriers to support accurate physical and system-based transactions.
• Resolve data transmission issues and errors with customer IT and procurement teams.
• Work with IT contacts to address system-related challenges.
• Maintain clear communication during shift transitions.
Required Skills and Experience of Warehouse Systems Operator:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in data entry and/or dispatch preferred.
• Basic understanding and use of Microsoft Excel preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using commercial warehouse management systems such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, or SAP.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, general labor, forklift operation, quality control, material handling, or equipment operation is preferred.

• Pay: $22.25 per hour.
