Warehouse Support Specialist

Job Title: Warehouse Support Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, taking customer orders, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean, highly organized facility. The ideal candidate has excellent customer relations, physical stamina, works well as a team player in a fast-paced environment, and places a high priority on workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Put-Away: Unload incoming freight, inspect products for damage, verify item quantities against packing slips and putting stock away. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders following client orders to ensure timely delivery or shipment. Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, assist with full physical inventory audits, and help report discrepancies or low stock levels. Material Handling: Safely operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and Carts to transport heavy goods across the facility. Some deliveries to customers as needed. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a tidy workspace by organizing storage racks, breaking down pallets, and eliminating hazards to ensure safety & organization. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required. Lawful gambling experience preferred but not required. Equipment Proficiency: Experience with RF barcode scanners and standard material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies). Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy to navigate inventory management databases and log asset movements. Core Traits: High attention to detail, basic math proficiency for counting stock, and strong communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist on concrete floors for the entirety of an 8- to 10-hour shift. Ability to safely lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50–75 lbs frequently.
