Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader

I. Position Overview Position Title Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader Department Warehouse Department / Supply Chain Department Reports to Warehouse Manager / Supply Chain Supervisor Core Value of the Position As the on-site core management position of the warehouse, responsible for the daily on-site execution, team front-line management, operational standard supervision and on-site abnormality handling of warehouse inbound, outbound, storage and inventory work. Strictly implement warehouse SOP and management regulations, ensure standardized and efficient on-site operations, accurate real-time inventory data, stable production material supply and timely finished product delivery. Assist the warehouse manager in lean improvement, cost control and safety management, undertake daily team operation tasks, and support the stable and efficient operation of the entire warehouse business. II. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Warehouse Operation & Daily Execution Management Fully responsible for on-site execution management of daily warehouse operations, including material receiving inspection docking, warehousing and shelving, production picking and feeding, line return and replacement materials, finished product warehousing and outbound shipment, ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with SOP and FIFO principles. Supervise on-site material zoning and placement management, standardize material stacking, bin location use and on-site 5S management, keep the warehouse site tidy, standardized and orderly, and improve space utilization efficiency. Arrange daily on-site work tasks, reasonably allocate front-line staff posts, supervise the progress of daily inbound and outbound tasks, ensure zero delay in daily material supply and customer delivery, and guarantee 24-hour uninterrupted material support for production. Track daily operation KPIs on site, including on-time feeding rate, accurate picking rate, qualified warehousing rate, material damage rate and abnormal operation rate, and make daily statistical records and sorting. 2. On-Site Inventory Management & Abnormality Closed-Loop Handling Responsible for daily spot check, cycle count implementation and monthly inventory on-site coordination of responsible materials, count physical inventory on site, verify system data, sort out inventory differences, feed back real problems and assist in formulating improvement measures to ensure stable inventory accuracy. On-site management of slow-moving materials, stagnant materials, defective materials and scrapped materials, implement independent zoning isolation and marked storage, regularly sort out and report, and assist superiors in completing material clearance and disposal work. Quickly handle on-site abnormal problems such as material shortage, wrong picking, material damage, inconsistent bin location and abnormal shipment, record abnormal details, track the handling progress, cooperate with completing cause analysis and preventive improvement, and realize closed-loop management of abnormalities. Supervise front-line employees to standardize WMS/ERP system operation, ensure timely and accurate system data entry, consistent operation steps, and real-time synchronization of account, goods and system data. 3. Process Implementation, On-Site Optimization & Cost Control Strictly implement the warehouse unified SOP, operating specifications, safety management system and material receiving/issuing standards, supervise the standardized operation of all on-site staff, rectify irregular operating behaviors in a timely manner, and eliminate operational risks. Optimize on-site operation processes, improve picking, warehousing and stocktaking efficiency, reasonably adjust bin location allocation according to material turnover frequency, reduce staff walking and waiting time, and improve overall operation efficiency.
