As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
Lead and support a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
Coach, train, and mentor team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle counts.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance tracking.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills:
2–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
