The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Pick & Pack team. You’ll own the daily flow of orders from release to carrier pickup, making sure every order goes out accurate, on time, and packed right. This is a working supervisor role: you’ll lead from the floor, coach your team, and keep the operation running smoothly during busy peaks. You’ll also step in to support other areas of the warehouse, including Prep & Production, receiving, and shipping, whenever the team needs an extra hand.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and schedule the pick and pack team, assigning work to meet daily order volume and same-day cutoffs
• Monitor order queues, prioritize rush or expedited orders, and make sure carrier pickups are met
• Enforce picking and packing standards, including correct packaging, dunnage, inserts, and client-specific packing instructions
• Track and improve key metrics: order accuracy, units/orders per hour, on-time shipping, and mis-ship rates
• Investigate and resolve picking errors, mis-ships, and inventory discrepancies, and put corrective actions in place
• Train new hires on systems, scanners, packing standards, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with inventory, receiving, and customer success on stock issues, special orders, and client requests
• Keep packing stations stocked with boxes, mailers, labels, and supplies, and flag reorder needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; enforce safety rules and report incidents
• Give regular updates to management on volume, staffing needs, and issues
• Fill in across other warehouse roles and departments as needed, including Prep & Production, receiving, inventory, and shipping, to keep the overall operation on track

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role (e-commerce fulfillment strongly preferred)
• Experience with a WMS, handheld scanners, and shipping/label software
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of high accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities under tight daily deadlines
• Clear communicator who can motivate a team and hold people accountable
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets, reporting)
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Flexible, team-first attitude and willingness to jump into any role, from picking and packing to receiving or loading trucks, when the operation calls for it
